Rates and prints

Photo sessions

Shooting session estimates are below and will vary depending on location and length; rates do not include an obligation to purchase prints. Photos are available in full resolution after the shoot, and are allowed for personal, non-commercial use. Please contact me at moshi@moshitea.com at least a month in advance so we can find a location, time, and arrangement that works for both of us.

Please include the following information in your e-mail:

• Name
• Cosplay name / Facebook page, if applicable
• Phone
• E-mail, if different from the one you are sending from
• Length of shoot
• Times and days you are available
• Character and series you are cosplaying, if applicable
• Estimated budget

The information below would help a lot in getting the photos you want:

• Location preference
• Images or photos that have the style you want
• Any additional comments or notes about the character

The turnaround time is generally about a week. You will receive around 5 - 15 edited photos. A 50% deposit is requested on booking, and full payment at the time of the shoot. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that shoots with more than 1 person have a 2 hour minimum. Add $40 per additional person to the estimate below.

Convention / Festivals (~ 1 hour) » $30

1 hour session (1 person) » $50

Short session (~ 2 - 4 hours) » $80 - 160

Long session (~ 4 - 6 hours) » $160 - 220

Prints

Prints are made on Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster with the Epson 3880 printer. Guaranteed to be impressive, vibrant and long-lasting. Prices are per print.
